My game keeps crashing.

I have been dealing with this issue for months. And is doesn't matter if it's a new save or an old one. With cc/mods or without. My game will still crash. I don't know what else to do.

Right now. I am in a new save and my game is completely vanilla.

I have already tried working with 3 other tech support people and then I was sent here. And I have already cleaned/cleared the EA Cache (or whatever it's called).

Attaching all this file because I don't know what else to do. 😩

Dee0zz I hope the company is able to fix the issue, whatever it is. I'd suggest asking about any overclocking they might want to do and specifically asking that they NOT apply it this time around. You don't need it for Sims 4, and as I mentioned, some of the errors in your dxdiag look OC-related.
