My game keeps crashing everytime I save

So I’ve recently started playing the sim 3 a lot out of no where and haven’t touched the sims 4 in weeks (mind you the last time I played everything was fine) all of a sudden I went to play again and it keeps crashing evertime I save. I don’t have any mods besides literally one skin detail. Something I noticed is it lets me a save one time then the 2 time it will immediately crash like what’s going on 😭
