My game keeps crashing

Since a couple of days, i've been trying to keep playing with my 10ht generation. The game starts completely fine, but 15-20 minutes lates it begings to lags and finally crashes. When i try to open the game, it crashes again on the loading screen.

I have the following mods: CC, MCC, UI cheats ands RPO. But even when i play in a vanilla save, it still crashes after a while.
