My game keeps freezing in cas

Question

Hi! English is not my first language so I’m gonna use the translator just in case!&nbsp;My sims 4 game keeps guetting stuck in CAS, first it doesnt respond and then it’s starts playing the music like it functioning again but it’s still freeze and I can’t close the game, I have to turn off my laptop and open everything again and it freezes, I deleted and reinstalled everything and I’m out of ideas, please help!I don’t have my mods folder on also, just in case&nbsp;

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R- Type: DxDiag- Click on Save all Information.- Attach the Text File to your post
