My game refuse to update help

Question

Every time I enter the game it gives me a notification that an update is available, but when I press it to update it gives an error and does not complete the update. I have already uninstalled and installed the game, I have turned the PC off and on several times, I have already logged out of my EA account and logged back in and I have also waited to see if they would fix it at some point, I don't know what to do anymore.

Has anyone else had this problem and know what to do?

NoahGh0st&nbsp; If you've reinstalled the game, you shouldn't need to update, as the EA App would have provided the fully-updated version.&nbsp; In the future, you can repair rather than reinstalling, which would also give you the updated version at the time of repair.
If you're still seeing an error, please post a screenshot.

I looked at the contents to make sure the update didn't arrive, none of the update contents appear and this message appears every time I try to update the game

NoahGh0st&nbsp; I'm having trouble reading your screenshot, but it looks like you can click the button to try to download the Sims Delivery content again.
If that doesn't work, close the game, open Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4, and delete the content folder, then try again.&nbsp; If that still doesn't work, please write out the error message, or post a clearer screenshot.&nbsp; It's fine to leave it in the original Portuguese.
This is separate from the game update, which... I think you have?&nbsp; The version number, in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu, should be 1.113.297.
