058b318c55866e97 Did the game work when you renamed the Sims 4 folder and before you put any content into the new folder? If you didn't try that, please do so now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, try forcing the game to use only the Nvidia graphics card. Right-click the desktop and select the Nvidia Control Panel, choose Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, find TS4_x64 on the list, and set it to use the high-performance Nvidia processor.
If that doesn't help, do the same under Global settings, but please remove this when you're done testing since it will force the use of the Nvidia card in other situations where you'd probably prefer the system use the Intel iGPU.
