My graphics are glitching.

Someone please help me. I'm not sure what is happening with my Sims. This just started happening randomly. The game has a lag when I'm opening it up and when I get in, it looks like this (see pic below). I have deleted ALL my mods, reset my computer, checked for viruses (my computer is running fine it's just the game), and adjusted graphic settings. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I did get a pop up about my graphics or my camera view, before I could read it, the game crashed. I'm at a complete loss as to what could be happening. Please help! :(

    nicoleB0829  It looks like you may not have a proper graphics driver installed at all.  Try downloading the newest driver for your graphics card or chip, installing it, and restarting your computer.

    If that doesn't help, or you don't know how to do it, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
