Mimistar8 It's possible you have multiple EA accounts and have signed into the wrong one, both when you bought Get to Work and now. (You'll note that your played hours have reduced dramatically too.) Please see the accepted solution of this thread for more information:

Bluegayle This is not a bug and shouldn't be treated as such. It's a standard and very common tech/account issue. The OP doesn't need to post in the bug forum, and doing so would be counterproductive.
