My packs are all installed but they aren't showing up in game

So basically, after like a couple months, I went to play the sims 4. I deleted my mods file bc I knew a couple patches had been released so the mods would've probably broken the game, then I opened ts4 but I have no packs anymore. I checked the EA App and it says they're all installed but even after clearing the cache they aren't showing up. Any help would be appreciated x
