My pop-ups all become corrupted and transparent, even with my mods off and the cache cleaned. This is the first time I have played the game since the 25th anniversary update. I don't know what to do to fix it.
ElementalistXD Please keep your Mods folder out of your Sims 4 folder for now. If you have any files in ConfigOverride, please delete them too.
If that doesn't help, please please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
