My Sims 4 Save won't load

A couple weeks ago, I went to open my current save in the game and it wouldn't load past the loading screen. I had no issues with the save before, and I had played that morning, a few hours before the issue arose. I have made a backup of my saves and tried uninstalling and reinstalling The Sims 4, repairing the game, updating my mods, playing without mods, nothing has worked. Is there anything else I can try? Or do I have to say goodbye to my save that I have spend close to 100 hours in?
