My Sims are uncomfortable on the highest comfort level (8) sofa??

I've never had a problem with this sofa as I use it all the time in many households but suddenly, one household just aren't comfortable on it. All of them complain about it when it's the most comfortable sofa in the Sims 4 game (no expansion packs) so I'm really confused. Can someone please help me with this?
