My sims can't get pregnant

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I found the bug, when I wanted to get sims pregnant, and no matter what household I chose, they couldn't. I know it. happens, when I have mods installed, cause when I remove them, they can get pregnant easily. I just want my game and mods to live happily together, cause the game is 🌸 without mods.
What happens when the bug occurs? No pregnant ladies
What do you expect to see? I make my sims do the devils tango unprotected(woohoo), but they never get pregnant. I want to see them get pregnant.

After a break-up I decided to forget about my real life. and start up sims again. This time it was going to be wild! "Alcohol", crime, cheating - all the fun stuff! I re-installed, as disappearing under a blanket for 10 seconds just didn't do it for me. I also went crazy daisy with custom content from TheSimsResource, as I wanted my sims to look like total babes.
Anyways so I made one of my sims cheat, because I wanted a 🌸 child - she didn't get pregnant. I tried again... still no 🌸. Then I did it the old fashioned way, and made them do the good ol' woohoo multiple times - still no 🌸 child! I tried making other households pregnant, but it didn't work either. I removed all my mods and tried again - this time it did work.
Still though I really can't play this game without modding it, so I tried to see, if it would help, if I uninstalled and re-installed the game. I downloaded a few mods and tried again, and yet again they could not get preggo! I have even tried to fix it in Origin, BUT THERE'S STILL NO 🌸 CHILDREN.
So pls help a desparate, sad womanchild, who just wants to forget about her own existence, and create some virtual drama.
