My Sims Household is gone

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just log onto a household and it happens. tho for me its just this spefic household
What happens when the bug occurs? whenever i try to get into this save
What do you expect to see? that my household isn't in their apartment and whenever you try play it doesnt work. and whenever you go to create a sim it thinks you're making a whole new household.

My Sim savefile isn't working/i can't open a specific household and it's been "replaced"

so i have a save but after aging up my toddler into a child and trying to go into create a sim the family disapears completely. and another family is suddenly in the apartment when i quit and see from manage worlds. i don't know how to explain this.. this happens only in this one spefic save and no other so i don't think it's mods. and as you can see i've tried to recover the save but the original neither this one is working.. and i am so confused and i wanna play with this family so i really wan't to fix this. please someone help
