My sims4 game won't start.

You get music? I don't even get that. I just bought the game three days ago, installed it and it won't even start up. The mouse icon shows the loading bar for a minute then does nothing. I've tried updating, repairing. Nothing. Just nothing. I've looked on countless websites as to why this happening and again, nothing. And anything that is wrong with it, bugs, etc, I've tried doing the things to my computer that could get rid of those issues just to see if it'd help with this one as well. I can't even get my game to start up and because of it, I'm out $70.

Same here. Why doesn't EA respond??? Don't they follow these topics??? 😕mileymad:

ive done everything on this list and it still wont work, anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

i am having a problem where it says i can't play until i update it and after it updates (it says it's up to date) i click on play and it says it needs to be updated and the same thing happens over and over i even re-started my computer and that doesn't work please help me like you did the others :'(

heh it seems i fixed my own problem 

if you are having the exact problem or one similar what i did was

i went into offline mode on origin 

then i hit play

and the game loaded with no problem 

hope this helps you with your many many problems 🙂

did the clean boot thingy guess what ???? still dosn't @###~;''@###ing work!!!!!!!!!!
