My the game crash before open

I'm one week trying to solve this, and I truly don't know what to do any more. Basically, every time that I try to play with a family, the game close. It happens all the time that the loading screen begin. Sometimes it opens, but sometimes it doesn't open, and it's being impossible to play. 

I remove my mods, CC, reinstated EA app, updated every single app and it continues.

Please, I need to understand what is happening and, as I see in this forum, I'm not the only one with this issue.

    BiaPrincescand  I'm not sure from your description whether you're testing new sims or saves or only your main households.  Does this happen in a new save too?  Please test for comparison's sake, with your Mods folder removed entirely.  Disabling mods is not always completely effective, for whatever reason.

    If the new save is fine, try playing a different household in your main save, still with no mods or cc.  You don't need to save your progress.

    If the new save is affected too, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
