@jullemor3107 Does the Sim never change clothing at all or just not to nude ?

There's a incompatibility with an older version of MCCC. Make sure to use the updated version on that.

My Sims are always wearing any sort of CC or EA stuff when they're naked eventhough I disabled CC for random. I fix them using MCCC

In this household he is the only one, i have however experinced it in other huseholds.

I am having a similar issue where mermaid sims who are skinny dipping or bathing put on a random shirt as they do so. I'm unsure if that's the same thing you're seeing.

@Shoganza Is that on a game without CC ?

@jullemor3107 Have no issues with this Sim in my game.

Could you start a fresh game on a save that has no mods/cc installed and check if you can duplicate if you place from the library ?
