Need a refund

I recently bought the Sims 4 Bussinesses and Hobbies add-on twice, by mistake. I've talked to two advisors, who both said the charge had not posted on EAs end yet and to check back in 24 hours for a refund. I've been trying to chat with an advisor again for my refund, but not getting the option. I've looked and read through every refund topic, and no help. I really need this charge refunded please, and thank you.
