Negative moodlet from unassigned trait, downloaded sim

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game, Dine Out, Bowling Night, City Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Negative emotion for unassigned trait. Eg. Sim getting tense from not getting a promotion even though I didn't assign her the ambitious trait. Traits were NOT changed via cheat. The sims are in my gallery, I add them to my game, edit everything in CAS then place them in the game. I have sims getting lovelorn even though I did not assign the romantic trait.
What do you expect to see? No moods from traits not assigned.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I found this thread ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/UNSUPPORTED-Changed-Trait-Wrong-Emotion/td-p/3477285 ) but the solutions provided are not working, and the last page says to open a new thread for this issue happening with gallery sims. I'm not sure if a new thread has been opened because it's not showing up when I search. I could be using the wrong terms.
