New Custom Content not appearing

I've never had issues with downloading custom content and mods, I've been able to download the ones I want without problems, however I recently downloaded some new CC hairs, and eyes and not only do they not show up in the mods list when I start up my game, but because they werent in the mods list, they were obviously not in CAS. I genuinly dont know whats happened. I've tried watching YT videos to see if theres something I've missed but everyone I have seen has done the same that I have done and its made no difference. I had downloaded other CC hairs and eyes like a year and a half ago and they show up but for some reason these new CC do not.

Yes I made sure they were all packakge files, and yes my mods are enabled.
