So when I first downloaded sims 4 a couple of months ago with the EA app it came with the "Get To Work" add-on. This week I was trying to boot up my game and it was telling me I have a conflicting installation with steam. I don't and never have downloaded the game on steam. Long story short I had to do a fresh installation of the game and the EA launcher and now when I try to boot up my game its saying that I'm missing the Get to Work add-on. I went into my add-ons list in the EA app and see that Get to Work is now missing and when I go to the add on page it prompts me to purchase it. My game originally came with this add-on so why is it asking me to purchase this??? All my save files have prompts for the add on. How do I fix this?

Hi all, Please first verify that your Xbox Ultimate membership is currently active. If your membership is active, please try launching The Sims 4 through the Xbox PC app- once you've launched through Xbox PC, you should be able to play via EA app again. If you still have issues once you've tried this, please let me know!

It sounds like you were accessing Get to Work through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership.

i have this same problem. i have sims 4 on steam it loads it through ea. i have 1 free dlc through ea which is the get to work. worked fine this week end. yesturday i loaded up sims 4 and get to work is missing. my save says missing pack get to work. i have no option to download it again on ea, its not showing up in ea, steam. checked the game files and i have the dlc in my files but it looks like im missing the installscript.vdf for the dlc. i have xbox monthly sub that comes with ea access. so i have no idea why or where my get to work dlc went or how to get it back. its not in my recent purchases cause it was free.

can comfirm xbox membership is currently active. can comfirm that im sign into ea with the right account. tried to reinstall ea to see if that would do anything it did not. dlc get to work does not show up in ea even though i have had it just last week. i can load my game and screenshot the message i receive about the missing pack. Im just at a loss on how i can play it sunday just fine and tuesday its just gone.

This is happening to me as well, had the Get to Work pack through my active Xbox Ultimate subscription (that is still very active) and now my game is saying that I don't have Get To Work and now have to buy it.

i'm having the same issue. i purchased it ages ago and now its not showing up, and I was playing with it YESTERDAY and then today it decided not to work. i cant play any of my saves. it's also annoying its hard to contact people from ea directly to solve the issue

i heard that either ea plus or xbox was down a bit the otherday so maybe that has something to do with it. i just dont know why its just the get to work dlc and not everything else. i mean get to work i got for free and is the only dlc i have through ea. all my steam dlc works fine.
