yh6fofi5wm91​  The brand has very little to do with whether a computer is the right choice for you.  It's true that some brands are higher quality than others, but what matters more is the hardware you're getting for the price.  So the place to start is with a budget, and let me know whether that includes a monitor.

I will say that unless your budget is low, it's best to avoid Dell and HP models (other than some Omens).  These tend to perform significantly worse than their processor and graphics card would suggest, and they tend to be difficult to repair or upgrade.  What you want, ideally, is a system integrator that uses the same components you'd buy at a store.  So even if you personally would never do any repairs or upgrades, someone else could source and install standard parts for you.
