new install on EA games but failed to launch
im already try everthing possible that people suggest on this forum. still failed to launch. i already install-uninstall 2x but still cant playing the basic game

itsmeleea To be clear, are you in fact getting the "Failed to launch game" error, or something else?
Can you launch Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode? How to do so is covered here:

Except you'll use the -dx9 command line argument rather than -dx11.
