New laptop, installed game but no saves or mods folder

Hello,

I got a new laptop and have gone to transfer my saves/mods to the game. When I opened Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 I don't get what I used to get on my old laptop (cache, config, content, custom music, etc etc) the files are Installer, Data,  Delta, EP02, EP03, EP04, (this goes through to ep017), game and then support 

I've looked through all the little sub folders and can't find Saves and Mods anywhere. Can anyone help?
