abyjo2003 Your computer's page file is somewhat large, but it's almost completely used. The page file is where the processor stores data that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit, so this could explain why Sims 4 is running so poorly.
Since your computer's system drive has plenty of free space, you can simply increase the size of the page file. But given how much is in use, I would instead suggest trying to cut down on the number of background processes running. Open the Task Manager, click the Startup icon, and disable anything that doesn't need to be running all the time. For example, you might see Edge or Teams on the list. Disabling these doesn't prevent them from working; it just means they won't start with Windows and keep running.
If you're not sure what you're looking at, feel free to post a screenshot or two.
When you're done, restart your computer, wait two minutes without doing anything, then open the Task Manager (but nothing else yet) and let me know how much RAM is in use overall. It'll show as a percentage in the Memory header. Once you have that number, see how Sims 4 runs.
