Jeminemz The idea is to prove, to the extent possible, that the problem is your account and not your computer(s), if that is in fact the case. So it would be helpful to know whether the game launches on a different account. And if it doesn't, if you get the same error, we can cross off the account as a source of error.
mudita08sri Please test a new EA account too, if possible.
