No Hair CC Not A Mesh Problem

Ok, so, I have a lot of CC. I know that if you don't have a mesh, the hair won't show correctly, but I don't think that is the problem. I have a hair that says it's CC, but it's the same base game hair that has not hair at all. The only thing different is the little wrench.
