I have deleted the game, removed all mods and save files but when I downloaded the game again with everything new it still didn’t allow me to click anything like the sim to change the appearance in CAS or when I want to click on the sim itself in gameplay to have a conversation with other sims? I desperately need help please
Jennyprinsloo Do you still need help? If so, please try disabling any apps you're using that come with overlays: Discord, Steam, etc. Disable the EA App in-game overlay too, under Settings > Application.
If that doesn't help, try forcing the game to open in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
