Not enough space to download sims 4

Am I allowed to download the Sims 4 on a flash drive or micro disk or something with more space on it? (not computer expert) I just bought the Sims 4 on Origin, when trying to download its saying tha...

I think you can. 

In the options of Origin (click Origin at the top > options > advanced) you can change the location the games are installed to.

what if u are playing and u run out of space what do u do ?

    Try to free up some space by removing Sims unrelated files. Like photos or videos or anything of that kind. Move that to an external device or something

    You should be able to do so while you play.

      Will using an external hard driver work? Looking into purchasing one that goes through the USB port.

        If you can move enough files from your System drive to the external drive then yes.
