This seems to be mod related. Move your mods out of the Mods folder and replace them one by one. This worked for me.

Mods unavailable in game
I am unable to access mods in game and cannot find the mod file in the sims folder. Mods aren’t even shown as available in cas “content” filter which proves my game doesn’t recognize them either way....
