"not yet available for download"
It's 4:39pm EDT, and I see lots of others playing the game, but I still cannot open it, as it says this: "World Not Installed. The Sims 4 Life and Death has been preordered and is not yet available for download".
The circle on the worlds screen doesn't have a lock on it, but is greyed out.
I've restarted the game four times, restarted the EA App repeatedly (I bought the pack through EA instead of steam). Restarted computer. What gives?

I don't know if it wasn't there before and I didn't notice, but after clearing the cache, I opened the game and saw the same thing but when I went to restart the EA App another time in case that made a difference, on the main page of the EA App under installed, I noticed the word "new" under the main Sims tile, and when I clicked there, there was a button to Manage Add-Ons, and THERE, I had a download button. I have never needed to do this for another pack, and it even said "downloading content" the very first time I opened the game earlier today, expecting the pack to be there....but I digress! It's sorted now
