One of my sims can't click or interact with anyone (TS4)

Hey! A few days ago I encountered a problem when I added a new sim to my world, I've done this a thousand times before without anything like this happening, but basically, this sim cannot interact with anyone and no can interact with her either (have tried with multiple townies and my own sims). This sim is the only one I've had it happen on as far as I know. I've tried removing the mods folder, repairing my game, deleting her and placing her in the world again, moving to different towns and places, but nothing is helping. I've tried to find others with the same problem, but I haven't found anyone yet. I can click on her and she can interact with other objects, she just can't build relationships with anyone.

I've also tried adding in other sims to the world after this and none of them have a problem with this. 

If anyone knows a possible solution to this, please let me know. Thanks for reading <3

    @AnnaRegine

    Maybe you have used some broken, outdated CC when creating her?
    Move the mods folder to the desktop
    Delete the also localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and all folders what have word "cache" in the name.
    The game will recreate it but without saved errors.
    Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC. Start a new game with her
    to check if this issue will remain (If you will save this game "save as..." You can delete this save after this.)
    If this problem disappeared
    Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. ( If you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)

    If you don't have CC and mods
    You can also upload this sim to the Gallery and download once more from Gallery to check if her files are still corrupted.

    If nothing will work this means that her file has been damaged and cannot be repaired

    Thanks for your reply @kreatora ! Unfortunately, this didn't work. It's still impossible for my sim to interact with anyone :/

    You can try to make her twin in CAS - in the option "playing with genes". Unfortunately, these sims will not be identical but the difference will be small.
