Hi Everyone,
I was dumb and unlinked my OneDrive from my PC. This caused my games to move. When I moved them to my computer from OneDrive (I didn't want them on there) all my games were good except Sims. For some reason, it restarted my game :( My Sim family that I had invested so much time to build is..gone. I am distraught and have tried everything to get it back. PLS HELP
kimmlee19 Try looking on onedrive.com, both in My Files and the Recycle Bin. If you find any, simply download them again and place them in the folder Sims 4 is reading. Here's how to find it:

You can also check this location:
C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
It's possible there were files left behind here after you unlinked your PC.
