Orgin wont let me press play on my Game. [Windows]

Can someone help me Launch my game in Origin? Need help launching The Sims 4 on origin. When I go to press play, the "play" button is faded out so I cannot press it. I logged out of origin and logged...

Did you check your task manager to see if there is an Origin and/or Sims 4 process still running, maybe something isn't closing down the way it should and you need to kill the process.
