origin deleted my old account that had sims 4 on i cant login anymore
I had an old origin account and one day went to login when it said that my username and password has expired. I then made a new account and tried to re-download sims onto that new account when it said that the code is already used. I have got the dics and the code. How do i get it working on a new account??
You cannot, the game is tied to the account. Contact an EA Game Advisor and they'll help you gain access of your old account 🙂
Expired does not mean delete. It's very hard to delete an account, so it's still there somewhere. You could always try to reset ypur password to the old account before contacting EA.Go here to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
- In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
- Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
- Choose your platform
- Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
- Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
