@KittyKat9696  There are no Origin errors in your dxdiag, so reinstalling it and running another one might help—any new errors could point to the problem.  But first, follow the instructions to clear Origin's cache and uninstall "the hard way."  Even though you've uninstalled, it's a good idea to clean out any leftover files before you reinstall.

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

It's also a good idea to run a couple of checks on your Windows system files.  Here's how:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

Next, go to HP's driver site, enter your laptop's serial number, and look for any new graphics card drivers.  Yours is dated September 24, 2017.

If you're not sure what you're looking at, feel free to link the list of drivers, which is specific to your model of laptop.  I would link it myself, but HP makes it difficult to look up that information without the serial number, and I don't want to link you the wrong driver.

Once you've run DISM and sfc, and installed a new driver if there is one, you can reinstall Origin and test it out.  Don't run anything else alongside Origin, except Sims 4 if you'd like to test it as well.  Let me know how it runs, and if it's still slow, please run another dxdiag.
