Since the July 1 patch, my sim with the Outdoorsy lifestyle has been increasingly upset about not being outdoors despite: Running a food sale, Jogging, Going to the Guardian Tree from home at Mytic Crossroads in Mourningvale, and going to the park Willow Grove.

Swimming and Fishing seem to relieve the negative moodlet.

My sim who had just gotten the Outdoorsy trait while attending the Moon Revelry (which, it should be noted, is an outdoors event) got the Trapped Inside bored moodlet as soon as she returned home from the Moon Revelry.. She then (without going inside) resumed working on a jewelry piece at a gemology table and got the Fresh Air moodlet.
She should not have gotten the Trapped Inside moodlet as she had not been inside since gaining the lifestyle, and the timer on the Trapped Inside moodlet should have either been canceled as soon as she got the Fresh Air moodlet, or had its timer's countdown sped up while she had the Fresh Air moodlet, as the two moodlets are diametrically opposed.

I've experienced the same today - my sim had probably been outside for 9 hours when the moodlet popped up.
Same. My sims were on the deck outside his home in Sulani, and it counts like he's inside the house.

Using the Flower Arranging table has always given me the "trapped indoors" moodlet no matter where the table is set up. I believe there to be other activities which cause this but I can't recall which ones.
Going to any type of rabbit hole career usually gives me the tense moodlet if I have the outdoorsy trait. Even with jobs that you'd think you'd mainly be outside for. .. like Athlete, Conservationist, Gardener, Gravedigger, etc.

Using a woodworking table on a lot without any buildings gives the Trapped Indoors moodlet.

I am experiencing this for my sim, whenever they are outside, they get the bored moodlet regardless of the location or activity. Been happening for about a week even after an update.
