Dalene35​  It looks like your computer might not have a proper graphics driver installed.  So please install the newest driver for your laptop.  Go here:

Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 10 or 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, and you'll land on the driver download page for your machine.  Find the newest driver and install that.

If you don't know what to do here, or installing the newest driver doesn't help, please link the download page.  It doesn't contain any personal information, just downloads for your overall model.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
