I just started playing the game again and it was fine until i noticed a pack wasn't installed. went to go install it and it was saying there's an error. I had my game offline for a minute and cleared the cache but its still saying the same problem. Also all items from my get together pack is showing up as broken cc and when i go to the world for the pack, EVERYTHING is a red and blue question mark.
Nerdyqueen1 For the pack that won't install, which one is it, and what error do you get? Please post a screenshot or type out the full error.
For Get Together, please manually delete and reinstall the pack. Close the EA App and make sure it and the EABackgroundService are NOT running in the Task Manager. The latter would be under background processes. Open [install location]\The Sims 4, in one of these locations by default:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
and delete the EP02 folder inside. Open the Delta folder and delete the EP02 folder inside that. Then restart your computer, clear the EA App's cache:

Repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), and reinstall Get Together. Then open the game and see how the content looks.
