Packs not working after downloaded

I have a handful of packs and they all work fine, but yesterday I downloaded 2 new packs (Get to Work and Home Chef Hustle) and they wont show up in my games content. Both say they're downloaded and will show up as owned when I see them on other's things in the gallery, but the content of both isn't in my game at all. I've deleted and reinstalled the Sims and cleared the cache so far, as well as just rebooted my PC. I've also tried repairing them, but those two just won't show up when it does repairs. I don't know what to do and I'm not quite sure what to search. When I click "manage add-ons" they appear like this. I don't have any CC or mods, I only have base game stuff and the packs I've bought, so it's not a mod messing with anything
