packs uninstalled sims 4

Suddenly my game is saying three packs need to be downloaded, but it gets stuck in download preparing. any new pack purchased or game are easily downloaded. However, Snowy escape, Dine Out, and Spooky stuff will not download despite already having been in game previously. I've tried to reinstall booth EA APP and sims 4. tried clearing cache. I have purchased the three packs weeks ago. Also the bundle and save button does not work and says error.

    This sounds like something the live support team will need to investigate further with you, there may be some issues with your entitlements for these expansions that we're not able to check on over the forums as we can't access your specific account details here.

    @crymoolems 

    What issues specifically are you having getting through the help site? 

    If you're not seeing any contact options, please change the country at the top right corner to either UK or US, and try selecting some different topic/issue options until you see a live chat option.

    I finally was able to get through but now it keeps asking me to resume my case ? I click the button to resume it and it just keeps saying the same thing.
