@GoderisLieselot I think the best you can do is to contact EA's official support. You have the email saying you have paid for it, so you shouldn't have any problem with them.

I reached out to them via the contact form, hopefully that helps.
The payment passed, I saw it on my monthly letter from the bank (VISA, credit card) and it was taken off my account so I definitely payed it 🙂
