The build quality is high—this company makes custom builds and sells some prebuilt models with the leftover components—and the warranty is long.
If that build quality appeals to you, but you want extra power, this one could be configured with an RTX 4060 ti for a little over £900, and upgrading the CPU would push it a little higher (+£27) but isn't strictly necessary:

The "best" option really depends on your priorities. All I would say is try to avoid a prebuilt model from Dell or HP, both of which use proprietary components that are hard to source if you needed to repair or upgrade; and avoid sketchy third-party sellers on Amazon or similar that have bad reviews.
