@FZanin Your computer's hardware is too old to support Windows 11, and I'd strongly recommend going back to 10. One of the problems is that your processor isn't supported, which means the motherboard's chipset software isn't either. But the more immediate issue is that the driver for your graphics card is throwing serious errors as well. It's not clear whether these errors are happening while you play Sims 4, but given the symptoms, it's a distinct possibility.
You can try installing what looks to be a slightly newer driver from AMD:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000-series/amd-radeon-hd-7570
But it's still from 2015 and isn't going to be fully compatible with Windows 11, so you may continue to see these errors regardless. You could instead try this newer driver from Microsoft:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=amd%20hd%207500%20series
But be prepared to roll back if necessary.
Energy use should absolutely be "very high" according to the Task Manager while you play even a moderately demanding game. That's normal.
