PC Game Crash

I play sims4 on Steam, I have for years. I have never had this problem of after creating a new game file and then creating a sim, I can't play. The game crashes every time I try to move the sim into a house to start game play. It backs me up to pick a world and starts an endless loop until it either crashes or I have to exit the game. I am not sure how to fix this. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I have uninstalled all cc's and mods, anything that was not a part of the original game (including previously saved games) have all been deleted, the problem still stays.
