Please Help Me.

I recently delelted all my cc in my mod folder and started fresh.   Deleted the game from my pc everything cleaned it all up and started downloading the game, the expansions, etc.  Then started my mod page again.  Got all the mods i wanted set  it up and went to go play and the game looks like its going to start but then stops and goes back to the main page where you click to start the game to play.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, cleaned the cashe, i clicked the fix button and nothing.  I dont know if i messed up somewhere or if I need to erase everything and start fresh once again.  Which i dont really want to do.... is there something i am missing here??  Thank you in advance my lil sul sul heart appreciates any and all help.
