a while ago i ask customer service to help me my problem how to repair my account in sims but he ask me to install my sims and then re install after i re install my account cant load may i ask your help pls
sve2wim2sk6o Is the problem that you're missing your saves? That's not an account issue—saves are stored locally on the computer, not on EA servers. Please see the first post of this thread about disappearing saves and other user content:
