please help, translucent white circles that move with the camera

7Flower7Child7​  I wasn't asking about normal mods so much as tools that change how the game looks.  ReShade and GShade do so, as do lighting mods and perhaps certain other mods.  You need to remove all this content, at least while testing.  You can always put it back later, at least whatever content doesn't trigger the issue again.
