Hey everyone! I am at my wits end with this game. I am unable to save anything to my library or upload anything to the gallery. Therefore, I have no way of truly saving anything I do!! My game has been erased 4-5 times over the last month alone. I am so frustrated!!! I’ve done everything I can think of to fix this & nothing works. If you have any ideas I’d greatly appreciate it!!
Ssiders04 Please move the Tray folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and see whether you can save a lot to your library. This will remove, but not delete, anything you've already saved.
If the Tray folder copies rather than moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop there and let me know.
Hi! Thanks for the input. I tried this, and it didn’t remove my current build and I am still unable to save anything :(
Ssiders04 Removing the Tray folder wouldn't remove the build from your save, if that's what you meant. It only removes the copies of builds (and households) from your in-game Library.
Can you save a different build now that you've moved the Tray folder? You can try a defaut EA lot or an almost-blank one.
