Pregnant, or bug? And even more...

Hello! Im back (sadly after only one day of repairing another bug)! This time I need to get help asap because I think I'm going to explode from anger. My sim has pregnant-like belly, but she is not freaking pregnant! Another thing is that my dog shows signs of being sick (he is all blue with red nose) but it shows on the vet machines that he is totally fine! And last but not the least.. From time to time (mostly from traveling) the selected sim picture in left down corner disappears and become blank! Also for that particular "pregnant" female sim the action panel (left down corner) is completely blank! I've tried anything I could think of, like clicking repair from origin menu, or putting the mod folder away, but nothing worked! Please help! It would be impossible to reinstall the game now during lockdown since we have really slow internet right now.. but I will try if it's the way to fix it. Thanks for any help, bye!

    Okay update! (The bug with the female happened after giving birth.. forgot to mention that) So.. she had a child.. even thou she wasn't freaking pregnant.. and she still has the belly and the other bugs still there.. What will happen now? Will she have children until death or what?! Please help!

    If she gave birth she obviously was pregnant. Next time you wonder if a Sim is pregnant click a toilet and choose "Take pregnancy test". If the option are not there they can't be pregnant. For the problem with overweight Sims take them to the Gym or buy the equipment for home.

    What Vet machine says the dog is fine? Did you take it to the Vet and sign it in for a checkup?

    Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
